Give the Man a chance

Everyone needs to give the President a chance . Dems and republicans argueing over the stimulus package . I see both sides of the issues ,But both parties need to work together if this country is going to get out of the crisis it is in now. I believe the stimulus money should go to the middle class working stiffs like most of us are. The rich have enough money they don't need anymore. tax cuts are great but eventually the government wants it back. If you give out checks for working families they will spend it , I know I would . people would go buy puters, cars , you name it.many people believe Obama is the savior of this country , It is time for all Americans to give the man the chance to proove it . And that is the way I see it.

There are no plans to send checks out. People have thought this from the get go. The "plan" is to dump cash all over the special interest groups that buy off politicians.

What has caused economic crisis in the past is going to be fixed by creating more debt?? The last free money shipment did nothing, and that WAS sent to the public. Nobody said "Hooray Bush!!" and give the man a chance, because fixing the economy with big government does not work. Never did. Obama wants to pour gas on the fire.

Why is it that nobody understands that what made America great was a free interprise system. The crash we have now was caused by government F'ing with free market. The housing crash was a direct result of government guaranteed loans, and the FED dropping rates to lower levels after 911. This created a false and massive gain in housing value. Open your mind for a moment. When value is manipulated by ANY means, it will eventually fall back to normal levels. The crash was built by big government, and many warned of it's certain impending doom long ago. I can direct you to blogs and conversations I had about this from years ago. Obama and the rest of the lunitics in congress are the key players in big government. Barny Frank is amoung the worst of them. I understand the economy sucks and people want help, but they do not understand the root of the problem at all. The national debt is so high now we face certain death the way it is. Do you think China will keep borrowing money to the US?? This is not just printed money. It is a debt that is killing us. When you say give the man a chance, you are saying, lets take all the bad mistakes of government from the past and amplify them. That's insane.

Obama is nothing more than a massive spender. During the campain he claimed that was not true ... and actually stood at the podium and told America he wanted to trim the fat. What a lie.

Do you know why Wall Street and big banking bought up so many crap loans, and then the government bailed them out??? The government gauranteed the crap all along. It was safe. When people get mad about Wall Street and banking, they REALLY need to thank the idiots in government that made this all possible. They are all now in Obama's new cabinet. Please look into the history of the people he has appointed.

The fear and anger in the country is well warranted. I understand that, and the recession is making my own life horrible. We all get that. What people will NOT see is why this has happened. Most Obama supporters do not even know what Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac are. Most Obama supporters do not understand economics at all. Most Obama supporters are just wishing for miracles from a lier. Most Obama supporters think they are going to get free money.

I have just skimmed the surface of a billion reasons why this country has gone down the crapper. Let me ask you, is your yearly tax load under 5000 dollars?

As a note, I am not saying Bush was a good president. He was as liberal as Democrats from 10 years ago. He also had a spending problem. Trust me, the bigger government gets ... and the more it spends, the less we will have, and the worst will be coming.

Yea ... I guess I went off there a bit, didn't I ???

Sorry about that, it's just I go to blog after blog talking about liberal ideas, and I am thinking the exact opposite.

My ideas?? (I know you are thinking, uhh ohhh)

Flat tax ... no loopholoes, no people that pay zero tax, no rich with massive write-offs. One flat tax that equals the amount spent in the counrty. That is the law. Tax "in" equals government output.

All lobbiests and special interest groups become outlawed, and it is a federal crime to bribe polititions.

Every BS waste of money gov program is pulled from the system

Welfare becomes a bridge and not a way of life.

Training is made available to all that want it. The folks not willing to put an effort into education will only have themselves to blame.

People EARN their way in society ... not expect things

Last and most important, get government OUT of the free enterprise system where the natural laws of value occur.

This will never happen because the whiny "give me give me" state of mind in voters will always reward the biggest spender. Great for the lazy .... HORRID for the working man.

I promise never to rant again here. I just get a little nuts about politics that are putting me in the poor house, while the laziest of Americans get more and more free stuff.

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I love your football helmet graphic - pretty cool! (The Falcons actually had a DECENT team this past year now that we kicked that loser dog-fighter Michael Vick to the curb!)

ANYWAY.
I am with you 100% about President Obama. He's been in office barely a month and people are already wanting his head on a platter. It took a long, long LONG time for our country to get into this mess and sure isn't going to be fixed over night. He didn't ask to inherit the pile of poop he got handed on day one, but he definitely got handed it, didn't he? I firmly believe we, the American public, need to give him a full year to wade through this muck and begin to sort this out before we start saying his presidency is a success or a failure. There is going to be a learning curve - no doubt - and there will be mistakes.

Our country is in the biggest "fix" it's been since the Great Depression. personally, I don't think ANY human being would be able to waltz in fix it easily OR quickly.

Let's give the man a chance.
This partisan name calling and mud slinging is only contributing to our nation's problems...

That's my 2 cents.
And I'll step off my soapbox now.
